Students entering the Elementary School (grades 1-5) and the Middle School (grades 6-8) share a common application for admission. These students must be of age by September 1st to be accepted into the appropriate K-8th grade level. For the admission of any student, parents must present:
- An official copy of the child’s birth certificate.
- A baptismal certificate (if applicable).
- A record of compliance with local and state health requirements.
For admission of transfer students, parents must present proper documentation from the previous school attended by the student. Transfer and health records must be sent within ten days. All required health forms must be returned and all fees paid before placement is assured.
Parents are expected to disclose with appropriate school personnel any significant confidential information which may affect their child’s educational progress or the educational environment of the school. Such disclosure includes, but is not limited to, any of the following: diagnostic evaluations, medications, or pertinent family situations.
