Below you will find our Summer 2020 Reading Challenge, designed with rising K-5 students in mind. Preschool students are most welcome to join in the fun with the help of an adult or older sibling! This summer’s reading activity is a game that students may create and play. Use the sample board provided, or create your very own board with the Activity Squares we have included below. The Digital Resources attachment provides examples of many of the themes explored in the Activity Squares. Parents are encouraged to adjust all activities to the student’s reading level.
All students who complete this year’s Summer 2020 Reading Challenge will win a “Dress Down Pass” and an opportunity to spin the prize wheel when we are back at school together for the chance to win books, games or recess passes. Have a wonderful summer!
