Amazon Smile
AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon that lets customers enjoy the same wide selection of products, prices, and shopping features as on Amazon.com. The difference is that when customers shop on AmazonSmile (at smile.amazon.com), the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to the charitable organizations selected by customers. St. Francis Xavier is currently being processed as a recognized charitable organization through Guidestar. Once we have been approved, a Newsblast will be circulated sharing information regarding how to apply your future purchases to earn a give-back to SFX.
Office Depot
SFX School participates in the Office Depot 5% Back to Schools Program. Simply shop online at officedepot.com or visit an Office Depot store (like the one at 2722 Green Bay Road in Evanston) and provide our St. Francis Xavier School Code (70035215). SFX will receive 5% back on all eligible products purchased by you in the form of a gift card to use toward supplies for our school.
Lands’ End
When making a school uniform purchase through Lands’ End, please use our SFX School Code, #900059056. Up to 3% of your purchase will come back to St. Francis Xavier School through the Preferred School Program. This give-back applies to Irish Dance uniforms, khaki pants and shorts, non-logo polos, socks and more. To review eligible items, please refer to our Lands’ End Uniform Guide here.
Scrip
The Scrip Fundraising Program provides gift cards from popular retailers at no additional cost to our school or to SFX families. Each time you purchase a scrip card, a rebate is applied to your family’s tuition balance and an additional rebate is designated for our school. Retailers who participate in this program include Jewel, Whole Foods, BP, Shell, Starbucks, Panera, The Gap, Walgreens, CVS, amazon.com and many others. Families may reserve a standing monthly order of cards, or parents may prefer to stop in the office to buy from the stock on-hand at school. Box Tops for Education
St. Francis Xavier collects Box Tops for Education! Do you purchase items that display this logo? If so, please clip and send your box tops into the school office. School parents are asked to share these on “box top dress down days” as well. SFX receives $0.10 for every box top collected, and uses these funds to purchase equipment and to support resources for our students. There is no deadline for this program so please send your box tops to us at 808 Linden Avenue in Wilmette, IL 60091 at any time throughout the year.
Benefit Mobile
You can now donate to SFX without taking time out of your day or going out of your way! We have teamed up with Benefit, a digital platform that funds our school through everyday transactions. Benefit is a mobile app for iphone or android for immediate in-store or online use. There are several retailers who participate, including Whole Foods, Target, Starbucks and Amazon, to name just a few. When you make your normal purchases using this app, retailers contribute up to 20% of your transaction back to our school – and you don’t have to spend an extra cent! Benefit is so easy to use. Please take a look at this video and you’ll see how easy it is to start raising money for our school! When registering SFX School, please enter the school as “St. Francis Xavier,” with the “.” after “St.” Benefit is a great way – like Scrip – to add to our Fundraising totals at SFX. Morning Glory Flower Shop
Did you know that Morning Glory Flowers in Wilmette gives 5% back on eligible purchases made by SFX parishioners to our school? Simply mention that you are from SFX and Morning Glory will include a percentage of your purchase in this annual give-back. Last year’s donation totaled over $700. Be sure to mention SFX the next time you purchase flowers at Morning Glory.
